O presente estudo surgiu da

necessidade de compreendermos a educação

alimentar e nutricional (EAN) nas escolas que

trabalham com a pedagogia de projetos. Para

tanto, levamos em consideração os Parâmetros

Curriculares de Ciências Naturais, Parâmetros

Curriculares Nacionais: Meio Ambiente, Saúde

e a lei n° 13.666 de maio 2018, sancionada pelo

então presidente Michel Temer que altera a Lei

nº 9.394, de 20 de dezembro de 1996 (Lei de

Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional), para

incluir o tema transversal da educação alimentar

e nutricional no currículo escolar. Partindo dessas

compreensões e considerações, buscamos

envolver, os profissionais que trabalham na

escola, os país, responsáveis e alunos, no

sentido de entendermos a dicotomia entre

alimentação e nutrição, condição necessária

para uma mudança cultura do processo de uma

alimentação saudável e nutricional.

Abstract:
The present study arose from

the need to understand food and nutritional

education (FNE) in schools that work with

the Pedagogy of Projects. For this purpose,

we take into account the Curricular

Parameters of Natural Sciences, National

Curricular Parameters: Environment,

Health and Law No 13,666 of May 2018,

sanctioned by the President Michel Temer

that amends Law No. 9,394 of December

20, 1996 (National Education Guidelines

and Bases), to include the cross-cutting

theme of food and nutritional education

in the school curriculum. Based on these

understandings and considerations, we

seek to involve the professionals who work in the

school, the country, responsible and students,

in order to understand the dichotomy between

food and nutrition, a necessary condition for a

culture change in the process of a healthy and

nutritional diet.
