EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA VISTA COMO UMA POSSIBILIDADE DE DEMOCRATIZAÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO: UMA ANÁLISE CRÍTICA À LUZ DO PENSAMENTO DE THEODOR ADORNO
No Brasil, entre os grandes desafios
da sociedade atual, está o de democratizar a
educação, especialmente no que tange ao ensino
superior, de uma forma mais justa e igualitária.
Num cenário de constante mudança e com
avanços tecnológicos de magnitudes nunca vistas
anteriormente, a educação a distância (EAD)
é considerada por muitos autores como uma
possibilidade de democratização da educação.
Neste contexto, o objetivo deste texto é discutir
à luz do pensamento de democracia, educação
e emancipação de Theodor Adorno, se esta
modalidade educacional realmente representa
esta possibilidade.

Abstract:
In Brazil, among the greats challenges
of today’s society is to democratize education,
especially with regard to higher education, a
more just and equitable Manner. In a constantly
scenario of changing with technological advances
never seen before, the online education is
considered by many authors as a possibility
of democratization of higher education. In this
context, the aim of this paper is to discuss, having
the background of the thought of democracy,
education and emancipation of Theodor Adorno
in the critical theory, if this educational modality
really represents this Possibility.
