EDUCAÇÃO A DISTÂNCIA NO MESTRADO MULTIPROFISSIONAL EM SAÚDE DA FAMÍLIA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O presente trabalho teve como objetivo trazer um relato de experiência a respeito da disciplina Atenção Integral à Saúde da Família ofertado pelo Mestrado Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família, que fora ministrada de forma semipresencial, na modalidade educação a distância (EAD). A disciplina possui carga horária de 60 horas e conta com a coparticipação de três docentes. O primeiro encontro ocorreu de forma telepresencial, obedecendo as orientações de isolamento referente ao quadro epidemiológico do novo coronavírus. A proposta no primeiro momento da disciplina foi despertar o raciocínio crítico-reflexivo frente aos problemas enfrentados pela Atenção Primária à Saúde no tocante aos desafios necessários para a consolidação do SUS, das concepções dos determinantes sociais em saúde, além da identificação dos atributos necessários em um serviço de saúde. Durante o telencontro houve ampla discussão entre os participantes (discentes e docentes) sobre os temas. A discussão continuou no fórum integrado com o intuito de aprofundar e aprimorar as ideias e os conceitos. Os principais resultados alcançados foram a construção de conhecimento mediante troca de experiências baseadas em realidades que cada participante estava inserido e o despertar da habilidade reflexiva e holística nas atividades desenvolvidas no serviço. A partir da experiência vivenciada, percebeu-se que é possível realizar discussões sobre determinados tópicos da Atenção Integral à Saúde da Família, sem prejuízos no processo de aprendizagem. Além disso, a experiência na referida disciplina proporcionou um ambiente seguro para as trocas de experiências sobre as atividades no Saúde da Família, as quais foram de suma importância para a continuidade do fortalecimento da Atenção Primária à Saúde nos diversos locais de trabalho.

Abstract:
This paper aimed to bring an experience report about the course of Integral Care of Family Health offered by the Multiprofessional Master's Degree in Family Health, which was taught in a distance learning modality (distance learning). The course has a workload of 60 hours and has the co-participation of three professors. The first meeting took place online, following the isolation guidelines related to the epidemiology of the new coronavirus. The proposal in the first moment of the course was to awaken the critical-reflexive reasoning in face of the problems faced by Primary Health Care regarding the challenges necessary for the consolidation of SUS, the conceptions of social determinants in health, besides the identification of the necessary attributes in a health service. During the teleconference there was ample discussion among the participants (students and teachers) about the themes. The discussion continued in the integrated forum with the intention of deepening and refining the ideas and concepts. The main results achieved were the construction of knowledge through the exchange of experiences based on the realities that each participant was inserted and the awakening of reflexive and holistic skills in the activities developed in the service. From this experience, it was realized that it is possible to discuss certain topics of Comprehensive Family Health Care, without prejudice to the learning process. Moreover, the experience in this discipline provided a safe environment for the exchange of experiences about the activities in Family Health, which were of utmost importance for the continuity of the strengthening of Primary Health Care in the various workplaces.
