Abstract: Abruptly, epistemological ruptures shifted between the gaps, in line with a labor market lacking quality references. The devoid of a well-informed society about physical activity necessary for well-being moved away from historicity, theory of knowledge and the reasons for epistemological acts and obstacles paralyzed Physical Education. Human motricity was observed in its subjectivities in the pandemic scenario of human infection SARS-CoV-2 - Pandemic Covid-19. Therefore, in the Literature Review carried out the concepts of historian, physicist and philosopher of Science Thomas Khun aspi Physical Education and Brazilian society have dialogued in a peculiar way with technology. Thus, the article analyzes the probabilities contributing to society with Podcasts about physical activity for the well-being of the Brazilian population with elucidations about the levels of primary, secondary and/or tertiary health care, thus, well-being, in convergence with the theory of knowledge.
