E LÁ SE FORAM QUATRO ANOS: PLANO NACIONAL DE EDUCAÇÃO E INCLUSÃO DOS JOVENS COM DEFICIÊNCIA
A presente pesquisa ora em debate
neste trabalho teve a intensão de analisar a
Lei nº 13.005 que estabelece o Plano Nacional
de Educação (PNE), aprovado em 25 de junho
de 2014. A questão de pesquisa que suleou
essa investigação foi: O Plano Nacional De
Educação irá dar conta de implementar a meta
4, que é de colocar todos os jovens de 15 a
17 anos com deficiência no ensino médio até
2024? Nossos objetivos foram: analisar a Lei nº
13.005 de 25 de junho de 2014 que estabelece
o Plano Nacional de Educação – PNE (2014-
2024); discutir as metas propostas para a
inclusão dos jovens estudantes com deficiência
no Ensino Médio; identificar se o PNE, reúne
condições que possibilite implementar a meta
proposta para a inclusão dos jovens estudantes
com deficiência, no Ensino Médio, até 2024. A
opção metodológica nesta investigação foi pela
pesquisa qualitativa, apoiando em referenciais
bibliográficos, legislações e documentos
oficiais que contribuíram para a implementação
deste plano. Os referenciais utilizados tiveram
a intensão de avaliar se o documento aprovado
reúne condições que possibilite implementar
a meta proposta para a inclusão dos jovens
estudantes com deficiência no Ensino Médio.
Os resultados preliminares, quatro anos de PNE
nos mostraram que são grandes os desafios para
implementar a referida meta. Consideramos
relevante a ampliação de estudos que possam
acompanhar a execução do PNE até 2024.

Abstract:
This research, which is currently
being debated in this paper, aimed to analyze
the Law nº 13.005 that establishes the National
Education Plan (PNE), approved on June 25th,
2014. The research question that guided this
investigation was: Will the National Education
Plan be able to implement the goal IV, which
is to place all disabled young student from 15
to 17 years old in high school by 2024? Our
objectives were: to analyze Law nº 13.005 of
June 25th, 2014, which establishes the National Education Plan – PNE (2014-2024);
to discuss the proposed goals for the inclusion of young students with disabilities in
high school; identify if the PNE meets conditions that allow to implement the proposed
goal for the inclusion of young students with disabilities, in the High School, until 2024.
The methodological option in this investigation was the qualitative research, supporting
itself in bibliographical references, legislations and official documents that contributed
for the implementation of this Plan. The references which were used meant to evaluate
whether the approved document meets conditions that allow the implementation of the
proposed goal for the inclusion of young students with disabilities in high school. The
preliminary results, four years of PNE showed us that the challenges to implement this
goal are great. We consider relevant the expansion of studies and researches able to
monitor the execution of the PNE until 2024.
