DÚVIDAS SOBRE COVID-19 COMPARTILHADAS EM REDE SOCIAL TWITTER: SUBSÍDIO PARA INTERVENÇÕES EDUCATIVAS EM SAÚDE
Objetivou-se analisar as dúvidas sobre a COVID-19 postadas na rede social twitter. Estudo qualitativo, realizado mediante análise das dúvidas sobre a COVID-19 postadas em 321 tweets. Houve organização das dúvidas em texto único, que foi o processado no software IRAMUTEQ e analisado a partir da Classificação Hierárquica Descendente. Obtiveram-se quatro classes: “Confirmação de notícia recebidas”, “Busca por informações sobre o vírus nas superfícies e reincidiva da doença”, “Preocupação em estar inserido em grupos de risco e na transmissão viral”, “Sintomas percebidos, esperar ou procurar o serviço de saúde?”. Observou-se que as dúvidas sobre a COVID-19, postadas no twitter, buscavam confirmar informações, esclarecer aspectos relacionados à permanência do vírus em superfícies, sobre a possibilidade de segundo contágio, os grupos de risco e como proceder diante de sintomas sugestivos do agravo. Assim, é pertinente que tais questionamentos sejam alvo de divulgação, por parte dos profissionais de saúde.

Abstract:
The objective was to analyze the doubts about COVID-19 posted on the twitter social network. Qualitative study, carried out through the analysis of doubts about COVID-19 posted in 321 tweets. The doubts were organized in a single text, which was processed in the IRAMUTEQ software and analyzed using the Descending Hierarchical Classification. Four classes were obtained: "Confirmation of news received", "Search for information about the virus on surfaces and disease recurrence", "Concern about being inserted in risk groups and viral transmission", "Perceived symptoms, wait or seek the health service?”. It was observed that the questions about COVID-19, posted on twitter, sought to confirm information, clarify aspects related to the permanence of the virus on surfaces, the possibility of second contagion, risk groups and how to proceed in the face of symptoms suggestive of the disease. Thus, it is pertinent that such questions are the target of disclosure by health professionals.
