DUPLA TAREFA NA DOENÇA DE PARKINSON: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
Introdução: O aumento da população acima de 60 anos está coincidindo com a incidência de doenças neurodegenerativas, como a Doença de Parkinson (DP). Existem várias formas de tratamento para DP, sendo elas medicamentosas ou terapias não medicamentosas como a dupla tarefa. Objetivo: buscar na literatura estudos que utilizem a dupla tarefa como forma de tratamento para DP. Metodologia: Busca de estudos na base de dados Web Of Science, utilizando os descritores em ciências da saúde (DECs): Parkinson Disease and Physical Therapy Specialty and Dual task. E MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) Parkinson Disease and Physical Therapy Specialty. Resultados: Foi encontrado 26 artigos, dos quais 5 preencheram os critérios de inclusão. O maior número de publicações que compuseram a amostra foi publicado em 2017. Conclusão: Nos estudos utilizaram a dupla tarefa como forma de avaliação no risco de quedas, avaliação do equilíbrio e da marcha nos pacientes com DP.

Abstract:
Introduction: The population increase over 60 years is coinciding with the incidence of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's disease (PD). There are several forms of treatment for PD, either drug or non-drug therapies as the dual task. Objective: To search the literature for studies that use the double task as a treatment for PD. Methodology: Search for studies in the Web Of Science database using the descriptors in health sciences (DECs): Parkinson's Disease and Physical Therapy. And MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) Parkinson's Disease and Physical Therapy Specialty. Results: We found 26 articles, of which 5 met the inclusion criteria. The largest number of publications in the sample were published in 2017. Conclusion: Patients with PD have difficulty performing activities concurrently and this can generate health risks, such as risk of falls.
