DOS LIVROS AS LEIS: O RACISMO E SUAS MÚLTIPLAS FACES NA EDUCAÇÃO
O artigo intitulado:“Dos livros as leis: o racismo e suas múltiplas faces na educação” é fruto de reflexões realizadas ao longo da trajetória acadêmica e docente dos autores envolvidos acerca da relação entre a educação e o racismo em diferentes espaços sociais. No tocante especifico a este breve texto, buscamos trazer algumas discussões quanto ao racismo impetrado ao longo da dinâmica histórica do Brasil tendo como foco o que vem sendo gerado no campo institucional. A metodologia empregada deve-se às pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais com análises legislativas. Tendo como premissa a revisão bibliográfica, buscou-se analisar a evolução histórica da população negra no Brasil, bem como refletir sobre o racismo estruturante e ações afirmativas como um dos meios para dar igualdade de condições em uma sociedade discriminatória e excludente. Dessa forma, o intuito, além de contribuir com novos olhares sobre o tema, é permitir uma análise ampla e observar os impactos gerados pelas diferentes leis referentes ao racismo no país

Abstract:
The article entitled:“From books to laws: racism and its multiple faces in education”is the result of reflections carried out along the academic and teaching trajectory of the authors involved about the relationship between education and racism in different social spaces. With regard to this brief text, we seek to bring up some discussions regarding the racism imposed throughout Brazil's historical dynamics, focusing on what has been generated in the institutional field. The methodology used is due to bibliographic and documentary research with legislative analyzes. Taking as a premise the bibliographic review, we sought to analyze the historical evolution of the black population in Brazil, as well as to reflect on structuring racism and affirmative actions as one of the means to give equal conditions in a discriminatory and excluding society. Thus, the intention, in addition to contributing with new perspectives on the theme, is to allow a broad analysis and observe the impacts generated by the different laws regarding racism in the country.
