DOENÇAS TRANSMITIDAS POR INSETOS VETORES NO SUL DO BRASIL
As doenças transmitidas por insetos vetores têm sido preocupação constante por apresentar peculiaridades epidemiológicas que as tornam um grave problema na saúde pública. Este estudo teve como objetivo apresentar uma revisão integrativa sobre doenças transmitidas por insetos vetores de maior importância na região Sul do Brasil. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa de caráter retrospectivo-transversal. A partir dos resultados encontrados, foi permitido mostrar a ocorrência e o aumento no número de casos da Dengue, Febre Amarela, Febre Chikungunya, Leishmaniose e vírus Zika no período estudado. Aconselha-se o aumento de campanhas nos estados, em região de fronteiras e conscientização da população.

Abstract:
Diseases transmitted by insect vectors have been a constant concern because they present epidemiological peculiarities that make them a serious problem in public health. This study aimed to present an integrative review on diseases transmitted by insect vectors of greater importance in the southern region of Brazil. This is a retrospective-quantitative quantitative research. From the results found, it was allowed to show the occurrence and increase in the number of cases of Dengue, Yellow Fever, Chikungunya Fever, Leishmaniasis and Zika virus in the studied period. It is advisable to increase campaigns in the states, in the border region and to raise public awareness.
