DOENÇAS EMERGENTES E REEMERGENTES: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Doenças emergentes são infecções que surgem sem precedentes, com alta capacidade de contágio e disseminação. As doenças reemergentes são infecções que foram, inicialmente, emergentes, entretanto, mantém como sua característica a reincidência e afetam com grande impacto a cultura humana em decorrência da sua taxa de mortalidade. O objetivo do presente estudo é o de realizar um levantamento de dados referente às doenças emergentes e reemergentes utilizando informações de domínio público para compilar a produção científica. Os critérios de seleção foram, documentos fonte de domínio público e artigos indexados na base de dados PubMed/Scielo durante os últimos cinco anos (2015 – 2020), nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol. Através desta revisão integrativa foi possível construir uma linha do tempo sobre pandemias e epidemias. Observa-se uma contribuição científica importante, entretanto, fragmentada, de forma que foi possível sistematizar informações pertinentes em um documento único. Verificaram-se padrões referentes às doenças emergentes e reemergentes relacionadas ao comportamento humano, saúde e meio ambiente. Sugere-se que haja um aumento nos estudos de revisão integrativos para que concepções fragmentadas possam ser concebidas à luz do conceito de saúde única como estratégia em medidas preventivas.

Abstract:
Emerging diseases are infections that arise without precedent, with high contagion and dissemination capacity. Reemerging diseases are infections that were, emergent, however, as their resources they keep their recidivism and affect human culture due the great impact of their mortality taxes. The aim of this study is to conduct a survey of emerging and reemerging diseases data, using information in the public domain to compile scientific production. The selection criteria was public domain documents and articles indexed in the PubMed / Scielo database, during the last five years (2015 - 2020), in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Through this integrative review it was possible to build a timeline on pandemics and epidemics. An important scientific contribution is observed, however, fragmented, so that it was possible to systematize relevant information in a single document. There were patterns related to emerging and reemerging diseases related to human behavior, health and the environment. Suggest that there is need an increase in integrative review studies for fragmented conceptions that can be conceived in the light of the unique health concept as a strategy for preventive measures.
