DOENÇA ONCOLÓGICA, MULTIDIMENSIONALIDADE E DIFICULDADES ENCONTRADAS PARA ALÍVIO DA DOR
A dor no paciente com doença oncológica ocorre como um processo complexo e multifatorial, necessitando de abordagem a partir de um olhar holístico da participação de uma equipe multidisciplinar. O método utilizado foi revisão integrativa de literatura que abordava a doença oncológica e tratamento da dor, sendo utilizado o portal eletrônico SCIELO, foram pesquisados teses e dissertações encontradas livremente na internet, trabalhos e pesquisas em português, produzidos entre o ano de 2010 e 2020. O objetivo do trabalho foi compreender os fatores que se apresentam como barreiras no adequado controle da dor, visto que esta é uma das maiores angústias vivenciadas pelo paciente oncológico. Neste sentido discussões e trabalhos a respeito desse tema se fazem necessários, evidenciando a importância de investimento na formação profissional para cuidado além do técnico-científico.

Abstract:
Pain in patients with oncological disease occurs as a complex and multifactorial process, requiring an approach from a holistic perspective of the participation of a multidisciplinary team. The method used was an integrative literature review that addressed oncological disease and pain treatment, using the SCIELO electronic portal, theses and dissertations were searched freely on the internet, works and research in Portuguese, produced between 2010 and 2020. The objective of this study was to understand the factors that present themselves as barriers in the adequate control of pain, since this is one of the greatest anxieties experienced by cancer patients. In this sense, discussions and work on this topic are necessary, highlighting the importance of investing in professional training for care beyond the technical-scientific.
