DOCÊNCIA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR E DIREITOS HUMANOS: uma revisão bibliográfica sobre educação em direitos humanos e defesa dos direitos da mulher
Este artigo consiste em uma análise qualitativa e quantitativa da revisão bibliográfica de artigos desenvolvidos no período de janeiro de 2007 a junho de 2017 e publicados no site da biblioteca eletrônica de periódicos científicos brasileiro, a Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Focando nas principais partes de um artigo, no qual constituem o título, seu conteúdo, palavras-chave e autores, o objetivo foi analisar a contribuição nos últimos anos no que tange o desenvolvimento de pesquisas relacionadas ao ensino de direitos humanos, com recorte nos direitos das mulheres como objeto de estudo no ensino superior. O levantamento de artigos foi feito através da entrada na pesquisa utilizando-se os seguintes descritores: “Ensino Superior e Mulheres”; “Educação e Mulheres”; “Ensino Superior e Direitos Humanos”; e “Educação e Direitos Humanos”. A busca retornou 852 artigos e foram selecionados para análise somente aqueles que tratassem diretamente de questões envolvendo o ensino superior cujo tema abordasse os direitos humanos e condições para o bem-estar das mulheres. Desta forma, 64 artigos foram selecionados para análise, podendo-se dividi-los em dois grandes tópicos: 1) artigos que tratam diretamente da questão das mulheres como docentes ou discentes no ensino superior e os reflexos sociais resultantes; 2) artigos que versam sobre técnicas de pedagogia no que tange o ensino em direitos humanos. A maior produção de artigos foi no ano de 2008, sendo a elaboração majoritariamente de mulheres, representando 76% das autoras em comparação aos 24% de autores homens. Os resultados apontam a necessidade de uma maior discussão sobre direitos humanos e os direitos das mulheres nos cursos de ensino superior, algo que poderia ser conquistado através de uma maior produção de artigos nesta área.

Abstract:
The article consists of a qualitative and quantitative analysis of a bibliographic review regarding articles developed from January 2007 to June 2017. They were all published on the electronic library of Brazilian scientific journals known as the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). The main parts of an article were aspects of the analysis: title, content, keywords, and authors. The objective of this article was to study the development of research related to the teaching human rights in recent years. The article has focus on human rights regarding women, and the study of this thematic regarding higher education as an object. The research was done by analyzing the articles with the following descriptors: 'Higher Education and Women'; 'Education and Women'; 'Higher Education and Human Rights'; and 'Education and Human Rights'. The search displayed 852 articles, and only those that directly addressed issues involving higher education, human rights, and the conditions for the well-being of women, were selected for this analysis. Thus, 64 articles were selected, which could be divided into two major topics: 1) articles that directly address the issue of women as teachers or students in higher education and the resulting social consequences; 2) articles that deal with pedagogy techniques regarding human rights teaching. The most expressive production of articles was in 2008, with most of them written by women (representing 76% of authors compared to 24% of male authors). The results indicate the need of more discussion regarding human rights and women's rights in higher education courses, something that could be achieved through a more persistent production of articles in this area.
