DO SILÊNCIO DAS MULHERES NA HISTÓRIA A CONQUISTA DE VOZ DA MULHER BRALISEIRA NA CONSTITUIÇÃO DE 1988
Esta pesquisa foi realizada com objetivo de analisar a relação da exclusão da mulher como objeto da historiografia e a articulação realizada por mulheres durante a Constituinte de 1987-1988. Neste trabalho foram utilizados os métodos histórico e dedutivo. O assunto é relevante para a compreensão da situação histórica na qual foram aprovados artigos referentes a direitos de igualdade e demais garantias constitucionais às mulheres, bem como para trazer à baila fato importante para o direito brasileiro que, aparentemente, está caindo em esquecimento. Foi observado que, devido a condição subjugada culturalmente imposta às mulheres, elas foram mantidas às margens da construção histórica, sem fontes sobre suas vidas e representantes nas ciências; havendo alteração desse quadro somente com os movimentos feministas do século XX. No Brasil, as mulheres começaram a ganhar visibilidade no espaço público a partir da década de 1960, durante o regime militar, com vários movimentos populares, o que levou a instituição do CNDM e ao movimento Mulher e Constituinte, obtendo sucesso em eleger 26 parlamentares mulheres e em aprovar 80% das reivindicações presentes na Carta da Mulher Brasileira ao Constituinte. Portanto, restou evidente que somente com voz as mulheres são capazes de contraírem sua própria história e direito.

Abstract:
This research was carried out with the objective of analyzing the relation of the exclusion of the woman as object of the historiography and the articulation carried out by women during the Constitution of 1987-1988. In this work the historical and deductive methods were used. The subject is relevant to the understanding of the historical situation in which the articles on equality rights and other constitutional guarantees for women were approved, as well as to bring to the fore an important fact for Brazilian law that apparently is falling into oblivion. It was observed that because of the enslaved condition that women were culturally imposed, they were kept on the margins of historical construction, with no sources about their lives and representatives in the sciences; with this change only with the feminist movements of the twentieth century. In Brazil, women began to gain visibility in the public space from the 1960s, during the military regime, with several popular movements, which led to the establishment of the CNDM and the Women and Constituent movement, succeeding in electing 26 women parliamentarians and to approve 80% of the claims in the Brazilian Women's Charter to the Constituent Assembly. Therefore, it has become evident that only with voice are women capable of contracting their own history and right.
