DIVERSIDADE SOCIOCULTURAL DAS/OS ESTUDANTES DO IFBA – CAMPUS SEABRA, ORIUNDAS/OS DAS ZONAS RURAIS DO TERRITÓRIO DA CHAPADA DIAMANTINA
Este trabalho tem como objetivo o de compreender os elementos constitutivos da identidade do/a estudante das zonas rurais pertencente ao IFBA- Campus Seabra. São sujeitos desse estudo as/os estudantes oriundas/os das zonas rurais do Território da Chapada Diamantina, que cursaram o primeiro ano do Curso Técnico- Modalidade Integrada em Meio Ambiente e em Informática. O interesse deste estudo surgiu a partir da percepção da dificuldade que as/os discentes de zonas rurais tinham para se adaptar ao primeiro ano de estudo, situação essa, que é debatida pela instituição e, uma lacuna encontrada durante o desenvolvimento da pesquisa realizada no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação e Diversidade- PPED, UNEB, que é anterior e, também, embasa essa pesquisa. O conhecimento do/a estudante da zona rural, suas origens sociais, econômicas e culturais, seu modo de ser, pensar, posicionar e estar no mundo e sua interação e sentimento de pertencimento ao/no espaço escolar (dentro e fora da sala de aula), assim como seu processo de autoafirmação e as modificações dos componentes identitários no processo de ambientação ao IFBA, são importantes para contribuir na inclusão desses/as jovens ao processo educativo e de formação crítica e construção enquanto cidadãos e cidadãs. Se tratando de uma pesquisa em educação foi escolhida a abordagem qualitativa, com a vertente fenomenológica, do tipo de pesquisa participante. Como dispositivos para a construção e obtenção de informações foram utilizados: análise documental, questionário, entrevista semiestruturada e grupo focal.

Abstract:
This work aims to understand the constituent elements of the identity of the student from rural areas belonging to the IFBA-Campus Seabra. The subjects of this study are students from rural areas in the Territory of Chapada Diamantina, who attended the first year of the Technical Course - Integrated Modality in Environment and Computer Science. The interest of this study arose from the perception of the difficulty that students from rural areas had to adapt to the first year of study, a situation that is debated by the institution and, a gap found during the development of the research carried out in the Program Graduate Program in Education and Diversity - PPED, UNEB, which is earlier and also supports this research. The knowledge of the student in the countryside, his social, economic and cultural origins, his way of being, thinking, positioning and being in the world and his interaction and feeling of belonging to / in the school space (inside and outside the classroom) ), as well as their self-affirmation process and the modifications of the identity components in the process of setting up the IFBA, are important to contribute to the inclusion of these young people in the educational and critical formation and construction process as citizens. In the case of research in education, the qualitative approach was chosen, with a phenomenological aspect, of the type of participant research. As devices for the construction and obtaining of information were used: document analysis, questionnaire, semi-structured interview and focus group.
