Este trabalho objetiva analisar

o contexto sócio cultural e educativo da

comunidade ribeirinha Rosa de Saron com

o intuito de conhecer para valorizar a cultura

local. Metodologicamente este trabalho é

qualitativo e exploratório. A diversidade étnica

é vista no território brasileiro e isso se dá por

um contexto histórico que agrega diferentes

línguas, tradições, entre outros componentes

que são interpretados como diversidade

de culturas ou multiculturalismo. Percebese que as comunidades ribeirinhas são

representatividades da diversidade étnica no

território brasileiro. E que as vivências, a relação

dos moradores com os recursos da natureza,

os usufrutos desses recursos são entendidos

como oportunidades de aprendizagens e de

desenvolvimento para a mesma. Entende a

necessidade de conhecer as peculiaridades das

comunidades ribeirinhas ou tradicionais para

que seja construída, socialmente, uma imagem

mais próxima da realidade. E mais que isso,

é importante que o professor na sala de aula

não reproduza os estereótipos ou perpetue a

invisibilidade dessas comunidades que retratam

a diversidade étnica que compõe a formação do

povo no território brasileiro.

Abstract:
This work aims to analyze the

socio - cultural and educational context of the

riverside community of Rosa de Saron with the

purpose of knowing to value the local culture.

Methodologically, this work is qualitative and

exploratory. Ethnic diversity is seen in the

Brazilian territory and this is due to a historical

context that adds different languages, traditions,

among other components that are interpreted

as cultural diversity or multiculturalism. It is

perceived that the riverside communities are

representations of the ethnic diversity in the

Brazilian territory. And that the experiences, the

relation of the inhabitants with the resources

of nature, the usufruct of these resources are

understood as opportunities of learning and development for the same. It understands the need to know the peculiarities of the

riverside or traditional communities so that a social image is built closer to reality. And

more than that, it is important that the teacher in the classroom does not reproduce the

stereotypes or perpetuate the invisibility of those communities that portray the ethnic

diversity that makes up the formation of the Brazilian people and territory.
