Abstract: The objective of the work was to evaluate different doses of biostimulant in the production and development of carnation lemon seeds. The study was carried out in a greenhouse, available at the UCP faculty practice center, located in the municipality of Pitanga, PR. The work contains 7 treatments and 4 repetitions. The doses used to treat the seeds were: T1; 0 mL/L, T2; 0.10 mL/kg, T3; 0.5 mL/kg, T4; 1.10 mL/kg, T5; 1.26 mL/kg, T6; 2.50 mL/kg and T7; 3.00 mL/kg. The variations tested were number of leaves, plant height and fresh mass of the aerial part. Regarding the number of leaves, a higher average was obtained in treatment 1, which corresponds to the control treatment, while the other treatments had lower averages, treatments 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 were equal in terms of their results. Regarding variable plant height, the treatments did not differ from each other, the general average for this variable was 13.52 cm. For the variable aerial part fresh mass, the treatment that obtained higher means was the control treatment, while the other treatments obtained lower means. Treatments 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 did not differ from each other. From this it appears that the use of different doses of biostimulant promoted a reduction in the initial development of carnation lemon seedlings.
