Abstract: Continuous improvement is one of the main aspects in achieving high levels customer satisfaction in the provision of a service. The Integrated systems management are designed to handle multiple aspects in the operations of an organization, such as occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental management in a single model, allowing optimization of resources, obtaining optimal performance. For this reason, the present research proposes a study to implement integrated systems management in laboratories of any field and thus offer an efficient service to its public goal. To do this, the analysis of the current situation of the laboratory, the process focus, through the design of maps and diagrams that break down the operational structure according to the services offered in each one of the areas to be implemented (Quality, Environment and Safety), prescribing indicators to ensure continuous improvement of the operations of the laboratory, determining the context and scope of the system; through evaluation techniques of its internal and external factors; then the identification and verification of the requirements necessary to implement a Integrated Management System (GIS).
