Abstract: The present research work proposes the design of an aerodynamic package, composed of a front spoiler, rear spoiler and floor, for a Formula SAE racing prototype, which aims to increase the aerodynamic forces generated by the interaction between the prototype and air, generating greater vertical load on the wheels and increasing the traction generated by the tires. Once the aerodynamic package was designed, 5 possible models with different configurations were proposed, in order to study and compare them in terms of aerodynamic load generated, distribution of aerodynamic loads and lap times of the prototype. Thus obtaining the optimal prototype model was the one that had a complete aerodynamic package.
