DISCUTINDO O TERMO “ANALFABETO” NA PERSPECTIVA DECOLONIAL: HISTÓRIA, EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS E POPULAÇÃO NEGRA
O presente artigo discute o termo analfabeto em diálogo com a perspectiva decolonial (MALDONADO-TORRES, 2020; GROSFOGUEL, 2020) na segunda metade do século XIX (COSTA, 2012; 2008). Trata-se de um recorte de pesquisa em andamento, que realiza uma revisão de aspectos históricos do termo por meio de análise de legislações e políticas públicas voltadas para a educação da população negra. Apoiada no referencial teórico de (GONZALEZ, 2020; KILOMBA, 2019; HOOKS, 2019), propõe-se o termo analfabetizado, discute-se como raça e racismo configuram-se como estruturais na produção de desigualdades, inclusive da educacional, e faz-se uma reflexão étnicorracial na Educação de Jovens e Adultos - EJA. Os resultados parciais apontam a necessidade de relações de poder mais horizontais, mais igualitárias e mais justas como imprescindíveis para uma nação democrática e condição para que a educação seja, de fato, um direito social e humano de todos.

Abstract:
This article discusses the term illiterate in dialogue with the decolonial perspective (MALDONADO-TORRES, 2020; GROSFOGUEL, 2020) in the second half of the 19th century (COSTA, 2012; 2008). This is a section of ongoing research, which conducts a review of historical aspects of the term through the analysis of legislation and public policies aimed at the education of the black population. Supported by the theoretical framework of (GONZALEZ, 2020; KILOMBA, 2019; HOOKS, 2019), proposes the term anliteated, discusses how race/racism are configured as structural in the production of inequalities, including educational, and an ethnic racial reflection is made in the Youth and Adults of Education - YAE. The partial results point to the need for more horizontal, more egalitarian and fairer power relations as indispensable for a democratic nation and a condition for education to be, in fact, a social and human right of all.
