Este estudo investiga as (des)

construções do imaginário de ensino de Língua

Portuguesa em graduação de Direito, olhando

para os saberes linguísticos mobilizados,

à luz da Análise de Discurso francesa em

diálogo com a História das Ideias Linguísticas.

A partir de arquivo documental-institucional

da Graduação em Direito da Universidade do

Oeste de Santa Catarina – Xanxerê, analisouse os ementários dos componentes curriculares

de Língua Portuguesa. A materialidade

linguística que emergiu do corpus trouxe

indícios de que há ressonâncias do imaginário

de língua da historicidade do ensino de língua

e da constituição do Ensino Superior no Brasil.

Observou-se que os componentes curriculares

vão se (re)configurando nas práticas docentes

em diálogo com as políticas institucionais para

educação.1

Abstract:
This study investigates the (dis)

constructions of the imaginary of teaching of

Portuguese Language in Law degree, looking at

the linguistic knowledge mobilized, in the light

of the French Discourse Analysis in dialogue

with the History of Linguistic Ideas. From the

documentary-institutional archive of the Law

School of the University of Western Santa

Catarina - Xanxerê, the ementaries of the

curricular components of Portuguese Language

were analyzed. The linguistic materiality that

emerged from the corpus brought evidence that

there are resonances of the language imaginary

of the historicity of language teaching and the

constitution of Higher Education in Brazil. It was

observed that the curricular components are

being (re) configured in the teaching practices

in dialogue with the institutional policies for

education
