DIREITOS LGBT EM PALCO DE DISPUTAS
O presente trabalho constitui-se
em uma parte da pesquisa desenvolvida junto
ao Programa de Estudos Pós-graduados em
Política Social/UFF. Buscamos analisar algumas
das disputas LGBT, no legislativo federal, e
seus empates, visto que há uma ascensão
da direita conservadora que tem intersecções
com o fundamentalismo religioso na política
nacional. Estes pontos de encontro tem a
finalidade de construir normas de regulação
para as minorias sexuais através de discursos
e políticas do Estado. Com isso, durante a
pesquisa pretende-se mapear e contextualizar
os projetos de lei referentes às pautas LGBT
na contemporaneidade, entender como os
parlamentares progressistas e a sociedade
civil tem se organizado para fazer frente à
tais projetos e problematizar o papel da mídia
hegemônica e redes sociais na veiculação
dessas disputas políticas.

Keywords: The present work presents proposal to the Postgraduate Studies Program in Social Policy / UFF. The research, at an early stage, intends to make an analysis of LGBT disputes in the federal legislature, as there is a rise of the conservative right that intersects with religious fundamentalism in national politics. These meeting points have the purpose of constructing norms of regulation for the sexual minorities through discourses and policies of the State. During this research, we intend to map and contextualize LGBT bills in contemporary times, to understand how progressive parliamentarians and civil society have organized to deal with such projects and to problematize the role of hegemonic media and networks in the spread of these political disputes.
