Abstract: This article, prepared within the postgraduate program in Human Rights at UFVJM, analyzes the challenges to the effective implementation of human rights in the Brazilian school environment and proposes systematic educational interventions. Through a qualitative bibliographic review, it examines classic references such as Araújo (2002, 2008), Lodi (2003), Ferreira (2008), Mello Neto and Agnoletti (2008), Silveira (2008), and Sastre and Moreno (2002), complemented by recent data from the National Plan for Education in Human Rights (2013), the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), and the National Council of Justice (2023), which recorded 169 lawsuits for school discrimination. The main obstacles identified include systematic violations (racism, homophobia, bullying), inadequate teacher training, and fragmented policies, with severe psychological impacts such as a 60% increase in anxiety and depression. Proposed interventions include transversal human rights education, continuous teacher training, restorative conflict mediation, and community integration via the Child and Adolescent Rights Guarantee System (SGDCA), aiming to transform schools into inclusive democratic spaces. The bibliographic-documentary methodology reveals high feasibility for these strategies, aligned with Sustainable Development Goals 4 and 10, contributing to full citizenship and the reduction of structural inequalities in the context of the new National Education Plan (2026).
