DIREITOS HUMANOS NA SITUAÇÃO CARCERÁRIA DO BRASIL
Analisando a exasperada precariedade do sistema prisional nos últimos tempos – em vários quesitos –, este artigo versa sobre o respeito aos Direitos Humanos dentro dos presídios, abordando tanto o que há na teoria, quanto na prática. É imperioso trazer à baila esse tema, pois é uma questão jurídico-social de grande valia à sociedade e ao mundo jurídico. Logo, torna-se necessário rever a forma da aplicabilidade da lei e discutir acerca dos direitos das pessoas violados no cárcere. Para tanto, o método de procedimento foi o bibliográfico e utilizaram-se técnicas de pesquisa, livros e sites.

Abstract:
Analyzing the exasperated precariousness of the prision system in recent times – on several ways –, this article is about respect to Human Rigths inside jails, approaching both theory and pratice. It’s important to bring up this theme, because it is a social legal issue of great value to society and the legal world. Therefore, it becomes necessary to review the way of aplicability of the law and discuss about the rights of people violated in prision. For that, the method of procedure was the bibliographic and research techniques, books and sites were also used.
