DIREITOS HUMANOS E DIVERSIDADE NO CURRÍCULO DOS CURSOS DE FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES
Este estudo trata-se de um relato
de experiência sobre um trabalho desenvolvido
com uma turma do Curso de Licenciaturas
Integradas, com alunos de Licenciatura em
Letras, História, Geografia e Pedagogia,
na disciplina Ética, Diversidade e Direitos
Humanos, ofertada no 1º Semestre de 2014, na
Faculdade Integrada Brasil Amazônia – FIBRA,
na cidade de Belém/PA. O objetivo proposto foi
a realização de seminários apresentados pelos
discentes de uma turma, do turno da noite, com
a participação de 53 alunos. A metodologia
utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica sobre as
temáticas envolvendo Direitos Humanos e
direito a Educação; Direitos Humanos e direito a
moradia digna; Direitos Humanos e direitos dos
Povos Indígenas, Direitos Humanos e questões
de gênero, Direitos Humanos e diversidade
religiosa; Direitos Humanos e questões étnico
raciais nas escolas, Direitos Humanos e ações
afirmativas no ensino superior. Foram realizadas
sete sessões de estudos sobre as temáticas com
a produção e exposição de banner ao público
externo, no mês de junho de 2014. A partir das
temáticas os alunos desenvolveram pesquisas,
socializaram os conhecimentos com os outros
alunos do grupo, apresentaram seminários
onde foi possível discutir os principais aspectos
da relação entre Educação, Diversidade e
Direitos Humanos, além de, segundo relato dos
próprios discentes, possibilitar a compreensão
e consolidação dos conhecimentos necessários
para sua formação e atuação profissional.

Abstract:
This study is an experience report
about a work developed with a group of the
Integrated Degree Course, with students of
Degree in Literature, History, Geography and
Pedagogy, in the discipline Ethics, Diversity
and Human Rights, offered in the 1st Semester
of 2014, at the Faculdade Integrada Brasil
Amazônia - FIBRA, in the city of Belém/PA.
The objective was to hold seminars presented
by the students of a night shift class with the
participation of 53 students. The methodology
used was the bibliographical research on the
themes involving Human Rights and the right
to Education; Human Rights and the right to
decent housing; Human Rights and Indigenous
Peoples’ Rights, Human Rights and Gender
Issues, Human Rights and Religious Diversity;
Human Rights and ethnic racial issues in
schools, Human Rights and affirmative action in
higher education. There were seven sessions of
studies on the themes with the production and
exposure of banner to the external public, in the month of June 2014. The students
developed researches, socialized the knowledge with the other students of the group,
presented seminars where it was possible to discuss the main aspects of the relationship
between Education, Diversity and Human Rights, besides, according to the students
themselves, to enable understanding and consolidation of the knowledge necessary
for their training and professional performance.
