DIREITOS HUMANOS E DIVERSIDADE NA ESCOLA MUNICIPAL ALDENIRA NUNES NO MUNICÍPIO DE FLORIANO-PI.
Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar a prática educativa da escola no que se refere à questão dos Direitos Humanos e a convivência com a diversidade no ambiente escolar. Contudo, identificar a concepção dos professores sobre os Direitos Humanos e suas implicações na prática educativa e verificar quais são os Direitos Humanos compreendidos pelos educandos e quais direitos eles consideram mais importante, se os direitos fundamentais estão sendo assegurados no espaço escolar em relação ao convívio com a diversidade dos educandos e educadores. A modalidade de pesquisa que deu suporte ao presente trabalho foi à qualitativa. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos realizou-se a entrevista semiestruturada e aplicou-se questionário com perguntas abertas e fechada para alunos e professores do Ensino Médio da Escola Municipal Aldenira Nunes, localizada na Comunidade L03, no município de Floriano-PI.

Abstract:
This research aimed to analyze the educational practice of the school with regard
to the issue of Human Rights and the coexistence with diversity in the school
environment. However, to identify the teachers' conception of Human Rights and
its implications in the educational practice and to verify which are the Human
Rights understood by the students and which rights they consider more important,
if the fundamental rights are being guaranteed in the school space in relation to
living with the diversity of learners and educators. The research modality that
supported the present work was qualitative. In order to achieve the proposed
objectives, a semi-structured interview was conducted and a questionnaire with
open and closed questions was applied to students and teachers of the
Secondary School of the Municipal School Aldenira Nunes, located in the
Community L03, in the municipality of Floriano-PI. -
