DIREITOS HUMANOS E A DISCRIMINAÇÃO DE GÊNERO NA ESCOLA
Este artigo teve como objetivo conhecer como os direitos humanos das mulheres são violados pela sociedade através da educação escolar e das relações estabelecidas entre seus estudantes em sala de aula e na escola. Participaram da pesquisa de forma voluntária, aleatoriamente, 6 professores homens e 8 professoras mulheres de uma escola estadual de Curitiba. Foram realizadas entrevistas individuais com roteiro semi-estruturado e procedeu-se a análise dos dados através da Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados demonstraram que de forma geral todos/as apresentam ainda dificuldades em abordar o tema em suas aulas referentes as relações de gênero, admitindo a importância de se trabalhar o tema e reconhecendo a discriminação arraigada na cultura e reproduzida pela escola. Dos vários encaminhamentos propostos e apontados, aparece o investimento em políticas públicas que primem pela formação continuada de toda a equipe escolar, bem como o trabalho em rede com outros setores sociais de fundamental importância para a superação destas desigualdades e violências. Ao mesmo tempo, reconheceram que a própria escola ainda oferece barreiras e muros difíceis de serem transpostos devido a discriminação e inferiorização da mulher presentes na cultura machista e sexista da sociedade brasileira.

Abstract:
This article aimed understanding how the human rights of women are violated by society through education and the relationships established between their students in the classroom and school. Participated in the voluntary survey, randomly, 6 male teachers and 8 female teachers of a public school in Curitiba. Data analysis were conducted individual interviews with semi-structured script and proceeded through the Content Analysis. The results showed that in general all of them are still showing difficulties in addressing the issue in their classes regarding gender relations, admitting the importance of working the issue and recognizing the entrenched discrimination in culture and reproduced by the school. From the various proposed and pointed referrals, one of them is the investment in public policies that excel for continuing education of all school staff, as well as the networking with others social sectors fundamentally important for the overcoming of these inequalities and violences. At the same time, they admitted school still offers barriers and walls hard to be transposed because of the discrimination against women and their inferiority into the macho and sexist culture of Brazilian society.
