DIREITOS HUMANOS DAS MULHERES: HUMANISMO E A FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE NA EaD
O aumento de violências contra
mulheres e meninas, de graves consequências
para a sociedade, demonstra cada vez mais a
complexidade do processo de transformação
de nossa sociedade em relação à compreensão
e mudanças sobre os limites e os impactos
destas práticas. Na concepção humanista da
EaD – Educação a Distância, este desafio está
presente na formação integral das pessoas
com vistas à reorientação de estilos de vida
coletivos e individuais para a proteção e
expansão da cidadania das mulheres. Sendo
o humanismo entendido como uma reflexão de
caráter filosófico, que tenha como fundamento
aspectos antropológicos e considerações sobre
os desafios contemporâneos, bem como limites
e potencialidades das pessoas, este estudo
objetiva analisar premissas históricas e teóricas
sobre os direitos humanos das mulheres com vistas à contribuir para uma formação
docente crítica na EaD, em respeito a dignidade humana, à equidade e ao diálogo de
saberes entre docentes e discentes, que possibilite a redução da violência de gênero,
em especial, dos indicadores de estupro e de feminicídio.

Abstract:
The increase in violence against women and girls, with serious
consequences for society, increasingly demonstrates the complexity of our society's
transformation process in relation to understanding and changing the limits and impacts
of these practices. In the humanistic conception of online education, this challenge
is present in the integral formation of the people with a view to the reorientation of
collective and individual lifestyles for the protection and expansion of the citizenship
of women. Being humanism understood as a reflection of a philosophical character,
based on anthropological aspects and considerations on contemporary challenges,
as well as limits and potentialities of people, this study aims to analyze historical and
theoretical premises on the human rights of women with a view to contributing for a
critical teacher training in Online Education, in respect of human dignity, equity and the
dialogue of knowledge between teachers and students, that allows the reduction of
gender violence, especially the indicators of rape and feminicide.
