DIREITOS HUMANOS COMO PEDRA ANGULAR DA DEMOCRACIA
Apesar de revestido do escopo de proteger e propagar direitos intrínsecos a qualquer ser humano, os Direitos Humanos sustentam o fardo da desconfiança e dúvida. Indagações acerca de sua efetividade, bem como de sua neutralidade prática, maculam seu propósito primeiro. Ante a esse cenário, faz-se oportuno refletir sobre: qual o vínculo correspondente entre Direitos Humanos e Democracia? Para a extração do resultado da pesquisa, fora utilizado o método de pesquisa bibliográfica. O presente estudo também contempla a evolução histórica, haja vista os Direitos Humanos tratarem de frutos de conquistas, assim como definir acerca das dimensões (gerações). A pesquisa detém imensa relevância, visto que se propõe a perscrutar e elucidar a temática, tal como elencar os documentos basilares para a consagração destes direitos.

Abstract:
Despite having the scope of protecting and propagating rights intrinsic to any human being, human rights bear the burden of mistrust and doubt. Inquiries about its effectiveness, as well as its practical neutrality, tarnish its purpose in the first place. Given this scenario, it is opportune to reflect on: what is the corresponding link between Human Rights and Democracy? For the extraction of the research result, the bibliographic research method was used. The present study also contemplates the historical evolution, given that Human Rights deal with the fruits of conquests, as well as defining the dimensions (generations). The research has immense relevance, as it aims to investigate and elucidate the theme, such as listing the basic documents for the enshrinement of these rights.
