Direitos Humanos, Bem Comum e Relações Pessoais
O objetivo desse artigo é apresentar os conceitos de Direitos Humanos, constantes na
Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos e garantidos no Brasil pela Constituição de
1988, um dos pilares da ética social, assim como do Bem Comum, na perspectiva
filosófica tomista, um dos temas centrais da ética social, estabelecendo conexões entre
esses direitos fundamentais. O método é abordagem analítica, empírica e crítica.

Abstract: The objective of this article is to present the concepts of Human Rights, proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Humam Rights and guaranteed in Brazil by the 1988 Constitution, one of the pillars of social ethics, and of the Common Good, in the tomistic philosophical perspective, one of the central themes of social ethics while establishing connections between these fundamental rights. The approach methodology is analytical, empirical and critical.
