DIREITOS E HUMANOS: OPORTUNIDADE DE DEBATE E CONHECIMENTO
O primeiro Congresso Direitos e Humanos trouxe em seu arcabouço a oportunidade de debater e conhecer assuntos ligados ao seu tema central à comunidade acadêmica e externa do UniCathedral. Partindo da questão norteadora para descobrir em que medida a programação do evento intitulado “1º Congresso Jurídico – Direito e Humanos” promoveu entendimento sobre o tema geral aos participantes, se propôs como objetivo geral deste trabalho descrever a programação desenvolvida entre os dias 22 a 25 de outubro de 2019, destacando pontos fundamentais de cada atividade, na perspectiva acadêmica, para que fique registrado e consolidado como evento científico. Embasou-se este relato em estudos de vários autores, destacando-se, no entanto, Santos, Chehade e Rocha (2010), Nascibem e Viveiro (2016) e Amaral (2010). Como recursos metodológicos adotou-se a pesquisa qualitativa, utilizou-se do recurso da pesquisa bibliográfica e ao mesmo tempo, empregou-se a técnica de análise documental em relatórios escritos por alunos e docentes. Apresentou-se a estrutura do evento com o detalhamento das atividades desenvolvidas, com o apoio e participação do corpo docente do Curso de Direito, do Núcleo de Pesquisa e Extensão, da Coordenação de TCC e do corpo técnico administrativo e de tecnologia do Unicathedral. Entre os principais resultados alcançados estão a contribuição para a socialização e a atualização sobre os temas discutidos, o networking acadêmico e profissional proporcionado pelo evento, a atualização curricular, o desenvolvimento de novas habilidades, a identificação de oportunidades na área acadêmica e científica, e ainda, o direcionamento para futuros eventos do Curso de Direito do UniCathedral.

Abstract:
The first Human Rights Congress brought in its framework the opportunity to debate and learn about issues related to its central theme to the academic and external UniCathedral community. Starting from the guiding question to find out to what extent the program of the event entitled “1st Legal Congress - Law and Humans” promoted understanding of the general theme to the participants, it was proposed as a general objective of this work to describe the program developed between the 22nd to 25th of October 2019, highlighting fundamental points of each activity, from an academic perspective, so that it is registered and consolidated as a scientific event. This report was based on studies by several authors, with emphasis, however, on Santos, Chehade and Rocha (2010), Nascibem and Viveiro (2016) and Amaral (2010). As methodological resources, qualitative research was adopted, bibliographic research was used and, at the same time, the technique of document analysis was used in reports written by students and teachers. The structure of the event was presented with details of the activities developed, with the support and participation of the faculty of the Law Course, the Research and Extension Center, the TCC Coordination and the Unicathedral administrative and technology staff. Among the main results achieved are the contribution to socialization and the update on the topics discussed, the academic and professional networking provided by the event, the curriculum update, the development of new skills, the identification of opportunities in the academic and scientific area, and also , the direction for future events of the UniCathedral Law Course.
