DIREITO FUNDAMENTAL À ÁGUA POTÁVEL.
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo
delinear algumas características dos direitos
fundamentais, abordando suas dimensões
e os contextos históricos que surgiram. Visa
ainda abordar o direito fundamental à água
potável em contraponto com a atual crise
hídrica que se espalha por todo o Brasil. A
chamada crise hídrica não comporta apenas
a falta de abastecimento de água em algumas
localidades do país, ela abrange também as
enchentes e alagamentos, bem como outros
fatores da natureza. O trabalho ainda pretende
alocar o direito fundamental a água potável na
sexta dimensão dos direitos fundamentais.

Abstract:
This paper aims to outline some
characteristics of fundamental rights, addressing
its dimensions and historical contexts that have
arisen. It also aims to address the fundamental
right to drinking water as opposed to the current
water crisis that spreads throughout Brazil. The
so-called water crisis not only involves the lack
of water supply in some parts of the country,
it also covers the floods and flooding, as well
as other factors of nature. The work intends to
allocate the fundamental right to clean water in
the sixth dimension of fundamental rights.
