DIREITO E ARTE: A APRECIAÇÃO MUSICAL COMO SUPORTE AO ENSINO JURÍDICO
O artigo tem como tema Direito
e Música e, utilizando-se de uma pesquisa
bibliográfica, delimita-se a investigar a relação
existente entre as duas áreas do saber no que
diz respeito à apreciação musical como suporte
ao ensino jurídico. Nessa perspectiva, apresenta
como problemática indagar de que forma a
música pode contribuir para o ensino jurídico.
Assim, o objetivo desta pesquisa é relacionar
Direito e Música detectando afinidades entre
as duas ciências e revelar a importância da
apreciação musical para os juristas. Por último,
considera-se que por meio da apreciação
musical, a música consegue ser uma aliada ao
professor de Direito como ferramenta didáticopedagógica
em sala de aula e, por outro lado, o
Direito pode ser fonte de inspiração à produção
da obra de arte.

Abstract:
This article´s theme is Law and
Music. Through a bibliographical research, we
seek to investigate the connection between
these two areas of knowledge, regarding musical
appreciation as a support to legal education.
From this perspective, it is problematic to ask
how music can contribute to legal education.
Thus, the objective of this research is to relate
Law and Music detecting affinities between
the two sciences and to reveal the importance
of musical appreciation for jurists. Finally, it is
considered that through music appreciation,
music manages to be an ally to the professor
of Law as a didactic-pedagogical tool in the
classroom and, on the other hand, Law can be
a source of inspiration for the production of the
work of art.
