DIREITO DE ESCOLHA? UM OLHAR SOBRE A SEDUÇÃO POLÍTICA DO NOVO ENSINO MÉDIO
O artigo analisa o discurso sedutor das propostas governamentais do Novo Ensino Médio veiculado pelo Governo Federal a partir de 2018 e sua interlocução com a fragilização de acesso ao conhecimento pelas classes populares. Fazemos uma análise à luz das legislações, do percurso histórico do processo até os dias atuais. Perpassa pelas questões da escola atuar assim, no aperfeiçoamento da ordem social vigente (o sistema capitalista), articulando-se diretamente com o sistema produtivo e a política neoliberal de formação politécnica e voltada para atender o mercado. Tal discurso alicerçado na Medida Provisória nº 746/2016, transformada na Lei nº 13.415/2017. A pesquisa está alicerçada no paradigma da teoria Crítica, sendo uma pesquisa documental, inserida nas concepções sobre trabalho-educação. Com base na Teoria da Argumentação, dentro das concepções de Chaïm Perelman, constatamos que o discurso do Governo Federal (MEC) não se prende somente à oratória, à beleza do discurso, às abordagens psicológicas e sociológicas da argumentação, mas prima pela força dos argumentos capazes de garantir a adesão do seu auditório.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the seductive discourse of the government's proposals for New High School as of 2018 and its interlocution with the weakening of access to knowledge by the lower classes. We make an analysis in the light of the legislation, of the historical path of the process until the present day. The school's issues are dealt with in this way, improving the social order in force (the capitalist system), articulating itself directly with the productive system and the polytechnic formation totally focused on serving the market. Such discourse is based on the Provisional Measure no. 746/2016, transformed into Law no. 13.415/2017. The research is based on the paradigm of Critical Theory, being a documental research, inserted in the conceptions about work-education. Based on the Theory of Argumentation, within Chaïm Perelman's conceptions, we find that the discourse of the Federal Government (MEC) is not only related to oratory, the beauty of discourse, psychological and sociological approaches to argumentation, but it excels in the strength of arguments capable of guaranteeing the adherence of its audience.
