DIREITO AGRÁRIO E O AGRONEGÓCIO: O SURGIMENTO DE UM RAMO JURÍDICO INDEPENDENTE
Verifica-se, que intencionalmente de alguns anos para cá, teve um intenso movimento pelos acadêmicos e juristas ligados ao direito do campo pelo hasteamento da bandeira da autonomia e do reconhecimento do agronegócio como ramo de direito. O avanço e tanto que os manuais de direito agrário, outrora, assim denominados pelo mercado editorial, estão sendo substituídos em seus títulos por Direito do Agronegócio, entretanto, o conteúdo que destes manuais ainda guarda, lições densas de direito agrário, distinguir certa confusão hermenêutica e de metodologia.
Por isso, aqueles que atuam na área do Direito Agrário e do Agronegócio precisam dominar outras áreas do Direito que se relacionam diretamente com o tema descrito acima. E necessário o estudo aprofundado das normas jurídicas de outros ramos do Direito que podem ser aplicados ao Direito Agrário e do Agronegócio entre a relação do homem e a propriedade rural.

Abstract:
It is verified that, intentionally, for some years now, there has been an intense movement by academics and jurists linked to rural law for the raising of the flag of autonomy and the recognition of agribusiness as a branch of law. The advance is so much that the agrarian law manuals, once so called by the publishing market, are being replaced in their titles by Agribusiness Law, however, the content that these manuals still keep, dense lessons of agrarian law, distinguish certain hermeneutical confusion and of methodology.
Therefore, those who work in the area of Agrarian Law and Agribusiness need to master other areas of Law that are directly related to the topic described above. It is necessary the in-depth study of the legal norms of other branches of Law that can be applied to Agrarian Law and Agribusiness between the relationship between man and rural property.
