Direito à Cidade por meio da Arte: Observação e Perspectivas das Manifestações Artísticas na Arquitetura de Salvador
O presente artigo discute como o direito a cidade pode ser obtido através da valorização da arte, expressada na arquitetura, na multicultural Salvador. A analise será baseada na observação da arquitetura existente e no estudo do Plano Diretor de Desenvolvimento Urbano (PPDU), que, juntamente com o Plano 500, constituem estratégias adotadas pela municipalidade para valorização e transformação da cidade. A metodologia se dará pela observação e estudo de caso da arquitetura local, e levantamento de referências bibliográficas existentes sobre o tema “cidade e arte”. Será dividido em três partes. Na primeira, serão abordadas as relações sujeito e arte, bem como a forma pela qual a arte contribui para a identidade e pertencimento do sujeito na cidade. A segunda secção versará acerca das manifestações artísticas na arquitetura da cidade de Salvador. O terceiro corte tratará sobre o futuro da arte na cidade com o novo PPDU.

Abstract:
This article discusses how the right to the city can be obtained through the valorization of art, expressed in architecture, in the multicultural Salvador. The analysis will be based on the observation of the existing architecture and the study of the Urban Development Master Plan (PPDU), which, together with Plan 500, constitute strategies adopted by the municipality for valorization and transformation of the city. The methodology will be based on observation and case study of the local architecture and survey of existing bibliographical references on the theme "city and art". Will be divided into three parts. In the first one, the subject and art relations will be addressed, as well as the way in which art contributes to the identity and belonging of the subject in the city. The second section will deal with the artistic manifestations in the architecture of the city of Salvador. The third court will address the future of art in the city with the new PPDU.
