DINHEIRO: UMA REFLEXÃO HISTÓRICA E JURÍDICA NA ERA DO BITCOIN
Estudo interdisciplinar na área das ciências humanas que versa sobre a contexto da evolução e inovação dos sistemas financeiros mundiais e o despontar de uma nova cifra: o bitcoin. Dominando o cenário mundial de computadores, o Bitcoin se caracteriza pelo início da desmaterialização e não estar ligado efetivamente a uma instituição central, se tornando uma criptomoeda. Através de um traçado cronológico, buscou-se o desenhar do cenário de importância do dinheiro para o desenvolvimento mundial e suas consequências ao longo dos anos, que se dissipa em todas as regiões, com diferentes caras e valores. Bem como a inovação é crescente, cita-se a necessária constituição jurídica que valida legalmente o uso do dinheiro “virtual” e criptomoedas, similarmente à segurança que estas necessitam, junto a seus possuidores e seus dados pessoais. Ainda em ascensão, o Direito Digital se solidifica como uma evolução do Direito convencional, atuando na seara virtual, onde se solidifica o e-commerce e se negociam as criptomoedas.

Abstract:
Interdisciplinary study in the area of human sciences that deals with the context of the evolution and innovation of the world's financial systems and the emergence of a new figure: bitcoin. Dominating the world computer scenario, Bitcoin is characterized by the beginning of dematerialization and not being effectively linked to a central institution, becoming a cryptocurrency. Through a chronological outline, we sought to draw the scenario of the importance of money for world development and its consequences over the years, which dissipates in all regions, with different faces and values. As well as the growing innovation, an analysis is made about the necessary legal constitution that validates the use of “virtual” money and cryptocurrencies, and also to the security they need, together with their owners and their personal data. Still on the rise, Digital Law is solidified as an evolution of conventional Law, operating in the virtual field, where e-commerce solidifies and cryptocurrencies are traded.
