DINÂMICAS DE GÊNERO NA EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA DO ENSINO MÉDIO INTEGRADO DO IFBA
O propósito deste texto é provocar um debate sobre a importância da reflexão de gênero na Educação Física desenvolvida no Ensino Médio Integrado do Instituto Federal da Bahia – IFBA. Apoia-se na premissa de que as questões de gênero e todas as construções socioculturais implicadas com os processos que formam os corpos não devem ser negligenciadas na formação profissional. Nesse sentido, compreende-se que as aulas de Educação Física se configuram um espaço importante de desconstrução dos inúmeros discursos e posturas que enveredam em desigualdades estabelecidas por hierarquias construídas cotidianamente nos diversos espaços sociais. Como metodologia, propõe-se revisão narrativa de literatura em diálogos com autoras(es) que empreendem nas suas escritas inquietações que revelam ser uma longa caminhada no combate às violências de gênero há muito alicerçados pelas estruturas das relações poder. Esse trabalho é relevante, pois se debruça numa discussão em plena turbulência de pesquisas/produções acadêmicas interessadas no desmantelamento de ideias e rótulos baseada no binarismo do determinismo biológico. É preciso subverter o que está posto com práticas transgressoras, questionamentos sobre a naturalização de comportamentos idealizados e padronizados que desconsideram a diversidade dos corpos. Assim, o agir pedagógico docente torna-se ferramenta fundamental diante da possibilidade da ruptura de estigmas, estereótipos e discriminações. Pensar gênero com outros marcadores sociais, tais como classe social, religião, raça/etnia, sexualidade e geração de forma interseccional podem configurar as aulas num lócus de engajamento na busca pelo respeito à pluralidade humana.

Abstract:
Discussing the importance of gender reflection in Physical Education developed in the Integrated High School at Instituto Federal da Bahia – IFBA is the idea of this study. It is based on the premise that gender issues and all the socio-cultural constructions involved in the processes that form bodies should not be neglected in the professional qualification. Thus, it is understood that Physical Education classes are an important space for the deconstruction of several discourses and postures that result in inequalities established by hierarchies constructed daily in the various social environment. As a methodology, we propose a literature narrative review in dialogues with authors who include in their writings concerns that show to be a long journey in the fight against gender violence that has long been grounded by the structures of power relations. This study is relevant because focuses on a discussion during the academic research/productions turbulence interested in the dismantling idea and label dismantling based on the binarism of biological determinism. It is necessary to change what is established with transgressive practices, questions about the naturalization of idealized and standardized behaviors that discredit the body diversities. Thus, teaching pedagogical action becomes a fundamental tool in the face of breaking stigmas, stereotypes, and discrimination possibilities. Thinking about gender with other social markers, such as social class, religion, race/ethnicity, sexuality, and generation in an intersectional way can configure classes in a locus of engagement in the search for respect for human plurality.
