DINÂMICA SOCIOESPACIAL EM PEQUENAS CIDADES: A PAISAGEM GEOGRÁFICA DE OUVIDOR (GO)
O presente artigo tem como objetivo
analisar o momento que se está vivenciando de
técnica, ciência e informações, interagindo nos
espaços vividos, tendo como exemplo o munícipio
de Ouvidor (GO), um pequeno município do
interior do Brasil, localizada no Sudeste do
Estado de Goiás que, com seus 65 anos de
emancipação política, se conecta ao mercado
mundial da globalização socioeconômica,
pelo circuito espacial da produção, por meio
da mineração, principalmente vinculadas à
extração de Fosfato e Nióbio. Para as discussões
e reflexões acerca da temática, o trabalho teve
como procedimento metodológico, a pesquisa
bibliográfica, perpassando por variáveis como
redes, pequenas cidades, espaço urbano, dentre
outras variáveis, e a pesquisa documental,
permitindo levantar dados socioeconômicos
e históricos do Município, recorte espacial da
pesquisa. Com influência na dinâmica local, as
atividades desenvolvidas no Município, através
de suas distintas redes, promovem a circulação
de materiais, serviços e capital, implicando
em qualidade de vida para a população
humana local, com acesso a bens modernos
e contemporâneos pela sociedade de hábitos
tipicamente interioranos, num híbrido de relações
desiguais e contraditórias e, ao mesmo tempo,
complementares, caracterizando a localidade
como singular, fazendo-nos questionar sobre
as categorizações generalizadas para as
menores hierarquias de cidades e as diferentes
configurações paisagísticas e socioespaciais
ocultas nessa suposta homogeneização

Abstract:
The following article has as
an objective to analyze the moment that are
experienced technique, science and information,
interacting in living spaces, having as example
the county of Ouvidor (GO), a small county in
Brazil’s up-county, localized in the southeast the
state of the Goiás and with 65 years of political
emancipation, it connects with the world’s market of the socioeconomics globalization, by the spatial circuit of production, by the
means of mining, especially linked to the extraction of Phosphate and Niobium. For
the discussions and thoughts about this topic, the work had as a methodic process,
the bibliographic research, passing through variables such as networks, small towns,
urban spaces, amongst other variables and a documental research, allowing to collect
the county’s socioeconomic and historic data, spatial cut of the research. Influenced
by the local dynamic, the activities developed in the city, by its distinctive networks,
promote the circulation of materials, services and capital, implying in life quality for
the local human population, with access to modern and contemporary assets by the
society with typical inland habits, in a mix of unequal and contradictory relations, that
in the same time are complementary, characterizing the location as a singular, what
makes us question about the generalized categorizations for the minor hierarchies
of cities and the different landscape and socio-spatial configurations hidden in this
supposed homogenization.
