DILEMAS E PERSPECTIVAS DA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DE CRIANÇAS PEQUENAS
Este texto tem por objetivo
problematizar a formação de professores,
discutindo sobre a formação inicial e continuada
dos(as) profissionais que trabalham com
crianças de 0 a 3 anos e apresentando uma
experiência de formação em contexto realizada
a partir de uma pesquisa que teve como campo
empírico uma creche pública/conveniada do
município de Juiz de Fora/MG. O trabalho
está inserido nas discussões realizadas no
Grupo de Pesquisa Linguagem, Infâncias,
Cultura, Educação e Desenvolvimento
Humano- LICEDH, da Faculdade de Educação
da Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora/
MG/Brasil, que tem como foco de estudo e
investigação a formação dos professores da
Educação Infantil, o desenvolvimento infantil e
as políticas públicas para a infância.

Abstract:
This text aims to discuss the
teachers training, arguing about the initial
and continuing training of the professionals
who work with children from 0 to 3 years old
and introducing an experience of training in
context developed from a search which had as
empiric field a public/partnership daycare of the
municipality of Juiz de Fora/MG. The work is
entered in the discussions held at the LICEDH
Research Group – Language, Childhoods,
Culture, Education and Human Development. It
is a group from the Faculty of Education of the
Federal University of Juiz de Fora/MG/Brazil,
and its focus of study and research is the training
for teachers of early childhood education, child
development and public policy for children.
