DIGNIDADE DA PESSOA HUMANA E MICROEMPREENDEDOR INDIVIDUAL: MUITO ALÉM DO QUE UM CNPJ
O presente estudo visa analisar o instituto do microempreendedor individual MEI e o princípio/fundamento constitucional da dignidade da pessoa humana. Aborda-se a abrangência do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana no mercado de produção de bens de serviços, com escopo de expor a dimensão e a interpretação das normas constitucionais e infraconstitucionais, de modo a contribuir para inserção na formalidade, as pessoas em estado de vulnerabilidade. Justifica-se o estudo para afastar eventuais sofismas e interpretações de incompatibilidade do princípio da dignidade da pessoa humana frente às normas tributárias e econômicas que regulam transição das pessoas do mercado informal para o formal, confrontando e harmonizando com princípios da isonomia e capacidade contributiva da micro e pequena empresa, bem como os ideais de mínimo existencial e cidadania empresarial, como forma de salvaguardar os direitos sociais e previdenciários. O trabalho será pautado no método dedutivo, pesquisa qualitativa e obras e artigos científicos sobre o tema em questão.

Abstract:
The present study aims to analyze the institute of individual microentrepreneur MEI and the constitutional principle / foundation dignity of the human being. The comprehensiveness of the principle of human dignity in the market for the production of service goods was approached, aiming to expose the dimension and the interpretation of constitutional norms and infraconstitutional, in order to contribute to insertion in formality, people who were previously in state of vulnerability. The study is justified to push away eventual sophistry and incompatibility interpretations of the principle of human being dignity in front of tax and economic standards regulating people's transition from the informal to the formal market, confronting and harmonizing with principles of isonomy and contributory capacity of the micro and small business, as well as, the ideals of existential minimum and corporate citizenship as a way of safeguarding the social and social security rights. The work will be based on the deductive method, the qualitative research and scientific research and articles about the topic in question.
