DIFICULDADES VIVENCIADAS PELOS PROFISSIONAIS DE ENFERMAGEM NA ASSISTÊNCIA AOS PORTADORES DE FISSURA LÁBIO-PALATAL E SEUS FAMILIARES
A Fenda Labiopalatal, apresenta-se como uma fissura na área dos lábios,
aparentando-se como um corte que alcança as gengivas e os dentes. Geralmente
causa desfiguração facial em bebês, podendo na ausência do cuidado adequado,
prolongar-se pela infância e até mesmo na vida adulta. Receber o apoio dos
profissionais de saúde é muito importante para a família, pois muitas vezes, este se
torna o principal, e até mesmo o único com o qual a família pode contar. Objetivo:
contribuir para a compreensão da vivência das famílias frente ao cuidado da criança
com fissura lábio palatal; identificar suas necessidades, e demandas de orientação e
acompanhamento com vistas ao aperfeiçoamento do cuidado prestado pelos
profissionais de saúde à estas famílias; verificar as dificuldades vivenciadas pelos
profissionais da enfermagem, no cuidado aos portadores de Fissura Labiopalatal e
seus familiares descrevendo como a atuação da equipe de enfermagem contribui no
processo de reabilitação destes portadores, apoiando os genitores e/ou
responsáveis legal. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica do tipo
revisão integrativa da literatura. Para a coleta de dados, foi realizado um
levantamento nas bases BDEnf, LILACS e SciELO para subsidiar a revisão de
literatura no período de junho de 2022 a maio de 2023. Resultados e discussão: O
enfermeiro atua em todas as etapas do cuidado da criança com LP, desempenhando
um papel fundamental para o crescimento e desenvolvimento correto. A enfermagem
tem um importante papel junto a equipe multidisciplinar e aos indivíduos com
malformação, estimulando-os a enfrentarem a vida com naturalidade e de forma
saudável.

Abstract:
The cleft lip and palate, presents as a fissure in the area of the lips, appearing as a
cut that reaches the gums and teeth. It usually causes facial disfigurement in babies,
and in the absence of adequate care, can be prolonged through childhood and even
into adulthood. Receiving the support of health professionals is very important for the
family, because often, this becomes the main one, and even the only one that the
family can count on. Objective: to contribute to the understanding of the experience
of families in the care of children with cleft lip and palate; identify their needs, and
demands for guidance and follow-up with a view to improving the care provided by
health professionals to these families; check the difficulties experienced by nursing
professionals in the care of patients with cleft lip and palate and their families,
describing how the performance of the nursing team contributes to the rehabilitation
process of these patients, supporting parents and/or legal guardians. Methodology:
This is a bibliographic research of the integrative literature review type. For data
collection, a survey was conducted in the BDEnf, LILACS and SciELO databases to
support the literature review from June 2022 to May 2023. Results and discussion:
The nurse acts in all stages of the care of children with LP, playing a fundamental role
for the correct growth and development. Nursing has an important role with the
multidisciplinary team and individuals with malformation, encouraging them to face
life naturally and in a healthy way.
