DIFICULDADES PARA A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Objetivo: Verificar, a partir de artigos originais publicados, se a sistematização da assistência está sendo aplicada na prática, como sugere a teoria e quais as dificuldades da equipe de enfermagem em aplicá-la. Materiais e Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. A coleta dos dados foi realizada durante o mês de maio de 2017. A busca da literatura foi nas bases de dados LILACS, SciELO, com recorte temporal de 2005 a 2013 e amostra final de 18 artigos. Os artigos foram validados através do AMSTAR e descritos por meio do diagrama PRISMA. Resultados: Um estudo mostrou que 100% dos enfermeiros mostraram algum conhecimento sobre a SAE, porém, somente 50% afirmaram sistematizar a assistência de enfermagem. Ao inspecionar os prontuários os pesquisadores puderam observar que os sujeitos da pesquisa não realizavam o histórico nem as prescrições de enfermagem, somente evoluções, para registrarem a assistência prestada. Comprovou que 76,92% dos prontuários possuíam evoluções de admissão incompletas e 100% dos prontuários não informavam as condições dos pacientes na evolução de alta hospitalar. Considerações finais: A partir dos achados, percebeu-se que a insuficiência de profissionais de enfermagem, acarretam na sobrecarga de trabalho e dificultam a prestação de um cuidado holístico e integral. O tempo torna-se insuficiente para tantas atribuições que a equipe de enfermagem precisa desempenhar e, de todas as burocracias exigidas pela profissão, a sistematização de assistência não é executada como deveria.

Abstract:
Objective: To verify, from original published articles, if the systematization of assistance is being applied in practice, as suggested by the theory and what are the difficulties of the nursing team in applying it. Materials and Methods: This is an integrative literature review. Data collection was carried out during the month of May 2017. The literature search was performed in the LILACS, SciELO databases, with a time frame from 2005 to 2013 and a final sample of 18 articles. The articles were validated through AMSTAR and described using the PRISMA diagram. Results: A study showed that 100% of nurses showed some knowledge about SAE, however, only 50% said they systematized nursing care. Upon inspecting the medical records, the researchers were able to observe that the research subjects did not carry out the history or the nursing prescriptions, only evolutions, to record the assistance provided. It proved that 76.92% of the medical records had incomplete evolution of admission and 100% of the medical records did not inform the conditions of the patients in the evolution of hospital discharge. Final considerations: From the findings, it was realized that the insufficiency of nursing professionals, result in work overload and hinder the provision of holistic and comprehensive care. The time becomes insufficient for so many tasks that the nursing team needs to perform and, of all the bureaucracies required by the profession, the systematization of assistance is not performed as it should.
