DIFICULDADES ESTRUTURAIS ENFRENTADAS POR PROFESSORES DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE ENSINO DAS ZONAS CENTRO-OESTE E LESTE DA CIDADE DE MANAUS
A pesquisa apresenta uma análise
feita para apontar as principais dificuldades
estruturais enfrentadas por professores
de Educação Física da Rede Municipal de
Ensino das Zonas Centro Oeste e Leste da
cidade de Manaus/AM. Buscou identificar
se o processo de ensino e aprendizagem é
influenciado pela quantidade dos materiais
didáticos pedagógicos, pela estrutura física
das escolas e os equipamentos. O viés
metodológico cumpriu a pesquisa de campo,
com aplicação de questionário á dezesseis
professores de Educação Física, das referidas
zonas. A convivência em campo revelou fatores
negativos e positivos que influenciam nas
aulas. Percebeu-se que todas as escolas das
respectivas zonas receberam recursos didáticos
pedagógicos, mas, a quantidade foi considerada
baixa e/ou insuficiente aos alunos, Somam-se a
isso as estruturas físicas, que não dispunham
de um lugar adequado para armazenar os
materiais didáticos pedagógicos. Todas as
escolas possuem quadra poliesportiva, o que
revela um fator positivo. Apesar disso, algumas
quadras apresentam ausência de cobertura
e outras estão em situações deterioradas
(proteção lateral arruinada e inexistente além
dos equipamentos em situações precárias). A
pesquisa consta a ausência de estruturas física
convenientes para a realização das aulas,
causando o baixo rendimento aos alunos.
Diante disso, sugere-se a elaboração de
programas e projetos que possam atender tais
necessidades, para contribuição do processo
de ensino aprendizagem de qualidade.

Abstract:
The research presents an analysis
made to point out the main structural difficulties
faced by teachers of Physical Education of the
Municipal Network of Education of the Central
and Eastern Zones of the city of Manaus /
AM. It sought to identify whether the teaching
and learning process is influenced by the
quantity of teaching materials, the physical
structure of the schools and the equipment. The
methodological bias fulfilled the field research,
with the application of a questionnaire to sixteen
Physical Education teachers from these areas.
Coexistence in the field revealed negative and
positive factors influencing the class. It was
noticed that all the schools in the respective
zones received pedagogical didactic resources, but the quantity was considered low
and / or insufficient to the students. In addition, there were physical structures that
did not have a suitable place to store the teaching materials pedagogical all schools
have a multi-sport court, which shows a positive factor. Despite this, some blocks are
lacking in coverage and others are in deteriorated situations (side protection ruined
and nonexistent beyond equipment in precarious situations). The research shows the
absence of physical structures suitable for the realization of the classes, causing the
low income to the students. In view of this, it is suggested the elaboration of programs
and projects that can meet these needs, to contribute to the process of teaching quality
learning.
