DIFICULDADE NA ADESÃO DE BOAS PRÁTICAS NA ASSISTÊNCIA AO PARTO E NASCIMENTO: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.
O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar na literatura quais as dificuldades para a não adesão das boas práticas nos centos obstétricos. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura com abordagem descritiva e exploratória, a coleta de dados utilizou artigos publicados entre o período de 2010 a 2016. A amostra final foi composta por 18 artigos. Evidenciou que as principais dificuldades para implementação das boas práticas são ausência de Capacitação da equipe de enfermagem, espaço físico e recursos matérias deficientes e práticas rotineiras que dificultam essas implementações. O presente estudo concluir que se faz necessário uma mudança organizacional das instituições e capacitação da equipe de enfermagem, possibilitado o processo de parturição, mas acolhedor tornando-se mais qualificado.

Abstract:
Difficulty in adhering to good practices in childbirth and birth care: Integrative Review Alessandra Pontes Lopes; Andicléia Cícera da Silva²; Silvana Cavalcanti dos Santos³ * ¹'² Nursing undergraduate course in Nursing at the School of Health of Arcoverde - ESSA ³ Sanitary Nurse - ESSA Teacher. Abstract: The objective of this study was to identify in the literature the difficulties for not adhering to good practices in obstetric centers. It is a review of the literature with a descriptive and exploratory approach, the data collection used articles published between the period from 2010 to 2016. The final sample consisted of 18 articles. He pointed out that the main difficulties for the implementation of good practices are lack of training of the nursing team, physical space and resources deficient subjects and routine practices that hinder these implementation. The present study conclude that it is necessary an organizational change of the institutions and training of the nursing team, made possible the process of parturition more well becoming more qualified.
