DIDÁTICA E FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE PARA A EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA
Este texto traz uma reflexão sobre a educação e a formação docente para a didática em salas de aula regulares, as quais recebem alunos com deficiências. Para esta modalidade de ensino dá-se o nome de educação inclusiva. Sabendo que a educação é um direito de todos, a formação do professor representa um espaço-tempo de constituição e reflexão da ação educativa. É um espaço de potencialização das práticas pedagógicas que vão escolarizar alunos com deficiências incluídos na sala de aula comum. Estudos revelam os desafios postos à formação de professores no processo de inclusão escolar desde a formação inicial até a continuada. O texto também discute o conceito de alunos com deficiência, suas dificuldades no ambiente escolar para a inclusão e que incluir crianças com deficiência nas salas regulares depende de um trabalho diferenciado do educador e de muitas ferramentas de auxílio. Sobre a formação do docente para a educação inclusiva o texto afirma que contribui para possibilitar condições para que os docentes possam refletir sobre a sua prática, de forma a melhor atuar com as diferenças que se fazem presentes no alunado, entre as quais aquelas decorrentes de deficiência, transtornos globais do desenvolvimento e altas habilidades/superdotação. Assim o texto considera que no processo de inclusão, é necessário que os instrumentos e o conteúdo da avaliação sejam condizentes com as adaptações feitas no currículo, considerando-se as especificidades do aluno com necessidades educacionais especiais. É preciso refletir sobre a qualidade da formação e as opções de atualização profissional. A educação para a diversidade pressupõe a preparação do professor e do sistema educacional com a: a valorização profissional do educador, por meio de apoio e estímulo; o aperfeiçoamento das escolas, para a oferta do ensino; o apoio e parceria da Educação especial e a promoção do trabalho em equipe.

Abstract:
This text brings a reflection on education and teacher training for didactics in regular classrooms, which receive students with disabilities. This type of education is called inclusive education. Knowing that education is everyone's right, teacher education represents a space-time for the constitution and reflection of educational action. It is a space for enhancing the pedagogical practices that will school students with disabilities included in the common classroom. Studies reveal the challenges posed to teacher education in the process of school inclusion from initial to continuing education. The text also discusses the concept of students with disabilities, their difficulties in the school environment for inclusion and that including children with disabilities in regular classrooms depends on a differentiated work of the educator and many assistive tools. About the formation of teachers for inclusive education, the text states that it contributes to enable conditions for teachers to reflect on their practice, in order to better act with the differences that are present in the students, including those resulting from disability. , global developmental disorders and high skills / giftedness. Thus the text considers that in the process of inclusion, it is necessary that the assessment instruments and content are consistent with the adaptations made in the curriculum, considering the specificities of the student with special educational needs. It is necessary to reflect on the quality of training and the options for professional updating. Diversity education presupposes the preparation of the teacher and the educational system with: the professional appreciation of the educator through support and encouragement; the improvement of schools for the provision of education; the support and partnership of special education and the promotion of teamwork.
