DIÁLOGOS: BRASIL, ÁFRICA E O DESAFIO DE SANTCHO: O MACAQUINHO.
O presente trabalho introduz o
leitor no universo cultural africano, com suas
tradições primigênias, expõe sobre o processo
de colonização europeia e suas consequências,
que subjugou tradições pré-existentes, forjando
nova cultura ideologicamente eurocêntrica. Ao
enredar o leitor no histórico de opressão à cultura
negra, busca-se moldar o contexto interpretativo
do texto a ser investigado, a fim de resultar na
aceitabilidade do leitor à obra. Posteriormente,
adentramos a análise textual de “O desafio de
Santcho: o macaquinho”, no prelo, de Aparecida
Gomes de Oliveira e Lídia Maria Nazaré Alves,
e ilustração de Thiago Assis, mostrando que o
referido mimetiza aspectos da cultura africana,
mais especificamente guineense, resultando em
uma analogia entre identidade africana, texto e
intencionalidade das autoras, na construção do
sentido da narrativa. Sua tessitura foi possível
a partir de entrevista com três alunos da Guiné
Bissau que fazem intercâmbio no Brasil, na
FACIG, de Manhuaçu. Objetiva-se com o
presente artigo uma consciência cultural acerca
das tradições e preceitos de um povo que foi
não apenas dominado, mas teve sua história
dirimida pelo complexo de superioridade de
uma nação branca. O artigo filia-se ao Projeto
de extensão em desenvolvimento na UEMG
– Unidade de Carangola, 2018, Produção/
divulgação de estudos poéticos de e sobre
negros, financiado pelo PAEx.

Abstract:
The present work introduces the reader into the African cultural universe,
with its primitive traditions, exposes on the process of European colonization and its
consequences, that subjugated pre-existing traditions, forging a new ideologically
Eurocentric culture. By engaging the reader in the history of black culture oppression,
the aim is to shape the interpretive context of the text to be investigated, in order to
result in the reader being accepted for the work. Subsequently, we enter the textual
analysis of “The challenge of Santcho Fula: the monkey”, by Aparecida Gomes de
Oliveira and Lídia Maria Nazaré Alves with illustration by Thiago Assis, showing that
the aforementioned mimetizes aspects of African culture, more specifically Guinean,
resulting in an analogy between African identity, text and intentionality of the authors, in
the construction of the meaning of the narrative. Its background was made possible by
an interview with three students from Guinea Bissau who are exchanging in Brazil, at
UNIFACIG, Manhuaçu. The present article aims at a cultural awareness of the traditions
and precepts of a people that has not only been dominated but has had its history
tempered by the superiority complex of a white nation. The article joins the Extension
Project developed at UEMG - Carangola CAMPUS, 2018, Production / dissemination
of poetic studies of and about blacks, funded by PAEx.
