DIAGNÓSTICO INSTITUCIONAL NA ELABORAÇÃO DO PLANO DE ENFRENTAMENTO EM SITUAÇÕES DE PANDEMIA
A pandemia causada pelo coronavírus trouxe mudanças na vida das pessoas em todo o mundo. Rígidos protocolos de higiene precisaram ser adotados, inclusive pelas organizações, para que suas atividades pudessem continuar ativas em meio a pandemia. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, de abordagem qualitativa com objetivo de realizar um diagnóstico institucional com vistas a identificar as mudanças, desafios e readaptações que ocorreram nas organizações por decorrência da pandemia COVID-19. Foi elaborado um diagnóstico institucional efetivado através de entrevista para gestores e colaboradores de uma empresa situada ao norte do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A entrevista foi encaminhada por endereço eletrônico, com a carta de apresentação e o Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido. No total 10 pessoas participaram do estudo, sendo dois gestores e oito colaboradores. Os resultados obtidos mostraram que a empresa se adequou ao momento, disponibilizando aos funcionários os EPIs, álcool gel e colocando cartazes informativos em pontos estratégicos da unidade, tendo em vista o bem-estar dos colabores. Constataram-se divergências na fala dos gestores em relação a questões emocionais de seus colaboradores.

Abstract:
The pandemic caused by the coronavirus has brought changes in the lives of people around the world. Strict hygiene protocols needed to be adopted, including by organizations, so that their activities could remain active in the midst of the pandemic. This is an exploratory study, with a qualitative approach with the objective of carrying out an institutional diagnosis in order to identify the changes, challenges and readaptations that occurred in organizations due to the pandemic COVID-19. An institutional diagnosis was elaborated through an interview for managers and employees of a company located in the north of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. The interview was sent by email, with the letter of introduction and the Free and Informed Consent Form. In total 10 people participated in the study, two of which were managers and eight employees. The results obtained showed that the company was adapted to the moment, providing employees with PPE, alcohol gel and placing information posters at strategic points of the unit, with a view to the well-being of employees. There were divergences in the managers 'speech regarding their employees' emotional issues.
