DIAGNÓSTICO ENERGÉTICO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO E PROPOSTA PARA HIERARQUIZAÇÃO DE PRIORIDADES DE INVESTIMENTO
Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de um diagnóstico energético realizado nas instalações prediais e Utilidades de uma empresa de grande porte, propondo ações de melhorias que resultem em economia de energia elétrica e, consequentemente, em oportunidades de ganhos financeiros. É apresentado um estudo de viabilidade econômica para cada ação de melhoria sugerida no diagnóstico energético, de modo a avaliar a melhor alternativa para cada subsistema analisado. Este trabalho também apresenta uma proposta de métrica específica para hierarquizar investimentos relacionados a ações de melhorias em eficiência energética, sugerindo uma priorização dos investimentos em ordem decrescente de atratividade, de modo a nortear o processo de tomada de decisão.

Abstract:
This work presents the results of an energy audit performed in the building and Utilities facilities of a large-sized company, proposing improvement actions that result in savings in electricity and, consequently, in opportunities for financial gains. An economic feasibility study is presented for each improvement action suggested in the energy audit, in order to evaluate the best alternative for each analyzed subsystem. This work also presents a specific metric proposal to rank investments related to energy efficiency improvement actions, suggesting a prioritization of investments in decreasing order of attractiveness, in order to guide decision making process.
