DIAGNÓSTICO DO POSTO DE TRABALHO DO PEDREIRO NO ASSENTAMENTO DE PORCELANATOS EM PISO ATRÁVES DA AVALIAÇÃO DAS CONDIÇÕES ERGONÔMICAS
A construção civil é um dos setores industriais que possui grande geração de empregos no país, tendo ainda métodos construtivos artesanais e com uso de poucas inovações tecnológicas. A quantidade de trabalhadores nessa área é bastante expressiva, devido à variedade de tarefas existentes na construção. O posto de trabalho do pedreiro no serviço de assentamento de porcelanatos em piso, possui atividades que são executadas manualmente e requerem diferentes graus de esforços, que quando aplicados de modo recorrente, com ferramentas e equipamentos inadequados, podem acarretar prejuízos à saúde e conforto do trabalhador. Neste contexto, o presente artigo tem busca diagnosticar as condições ergonômicas do trabalho na execução do assentamento de porcelanatos em piso. Para tanto, empregou-se a Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho (AET), auxiliada por duas ferramentas de análise ergonômica: Ergonomic Workplace Analysis (EWA), o Equivalente Metabólico (MET). Ponderando tais fatores, com registros fotográficos e acompanhamentos “in loco”, foram analisadas e estudadas as reais condições do ambiente de trabalho, possibilitando a compreensão das situações cotidianas de trabalho, saúde e segurança dos trabalhadores e caracterizando, assim, as condições do posto de trabalho durante a tarefa. Diante dos resultados encontrados fica evidente a existência de posturas e esforços inadequados de trabalho durante a execução das atividades.

Abstract:
Civil construction is one of the industrial sectors that has a great generation of jobs in the country, still having handmade construction methods and using few technological innovations. The number of workers in this area is quite significant due to the variety of tasks in the construction. The work of the mason in the service of laying porcelain floors, has activities that are executed manually and require different degrees of effort, which when applied in a recurring way, with inadequate tools and equipment, can cause damages to the health and comfort of the worker. In this context, the present article has a search to diagnose the ergonomic conditions of the work in the execution of the porcelain tile settlement in the floor. In this context, was used the Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET), assisted by two ergonomic analysis tools: Ergonomic Workplace Analysis (EWA), the Metabolic Equivalent (MET). By weighing such factors, with photographic records and on-site monitoring, the real conditions of the work environment were analyzed and studied, making possible the understanding of the daily work, health and safety situations of the workers, thus characterizing the conditions of the workplace. during the task. In view of the results found it is evident the existence of inappropriate postures and efforts of work during the execution of the activities.
