DIAGNÓSTICO DE LAS COMPETENCIAS EMOCIONALES EN LOS DOCENTES DE EDUCACIÓN BÁSICA PRIMARIA
La presente investigación indago por el dominio de las competencias emocionales de los docentes en la práctica pedagógica, desde el modelo teórico pentagonal de Bisquerra. En ese estudio se evaluaron las competencias emocionales de los docentes de educación básica primaria, en las cinco dimensiones de las competencias emocionales. Para tal fin, se usó el enfoque mixto, en dos momentos el primero de tipo cuantitativo descriptivo, aplicando un cuestionario estructurado de escala Likert y el segundo con análisis del discurso docente durante la práctica pedagógica de aula, información recolectada a través de la observación no participante. Los datos obtenidos fueron triangulados, con el fin de dar mayor rigor y profundidad, reducir sesgos y dar consistencia a los hallazgos. Los resultados muestran que los educadores tienen dificultades de dominio de habilidades y actitudes que permiten entender, expresar y regular adecuadamente los fenómenos emocionales, durante el desempeño de la labor educativa.

Abstract:
The present investigation inquires about the domain of the emotional competences of teachers in pedagogical practice, from Bisquerra's pentagonal theoretical model. In this study, the emotional competences of primary and secondary education teachers were evaluated, in the five dimensions of emotional competences. For this purpose, a mixed approach was used, in both moments the first of a quantitative descriptive type, applying a structured questionnaire on a Likert scale and the second with an analysis of the teaching discourse during the pedagogical practice of the classroom, information collected through the observation in the participant. The data obtained were triangulated, with the aim of giving greater rigor and depth, reducing sesgos and giving consistency to the hallazgos. The results show that educators have difficulties in mastering skills and attitudes that allow them to understand, express and adequately regulate emotional phenomena during the performance of the educational work.
